Lochee United vs Downfield – Match Report

Lochee United collected all three points at Thomson Park today in what was a tousy affair against Downfield. Three first half goals from George Johnston, Ross Gallacher and Kerr Hay were enough to make sure of the win.

Second half saw Downfield coming more into the game while Lochee continued to create opportunities but were poor in front of goal. Downfield scored with two minutes left on the clock when Snowden curled one into the top corner from a free kick.

Overall a win is a win and another valuable three points. Man of the match for me Paul Scobie who was consistent from start to finish.
